Akouo Women's Collective provides faith-based coaching services focused on personal development, relationship healing, and spiritual growth. Our services may include:
One-on-one coaching sessions
Digital resources and workbooks
Prayer support
Other related products and services
ELIGIBILITY
You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES
As a client, you agree to:
Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
Maintain the confidentiality of your account information
Use the services in a manner consistent with applicable laws and regulations
Take responsibility for your own decisions, actions, and results
Attend scheduled sessions or provide at least 24 hours notice for cancellations
Complete assignments and action items as agreed upon
Communicate openly and honestly throughout the coaching relationship
PAYMENT TERMS
Fees and Payment
Payment for services must be made according to the plan selected at the time of enrollment. We accept payment via Venmo, Stripe, and Zelle.
Refund Policy
Our refund policy is outlined in the Coaching Agreement. Generally, refunds are only available under specific conditions of participation and must be requested within 7 days of program completion.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content, materials, methodologies, and resources provided by Akouo Women's Collective, including but not limited to the Akouo Identity Reset™ and Kingdom Standards Framework™, are the intellectual property of Akouo Women's Collective and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may use the materials for your personal growth but may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials without our prior written consent.

While we are committed to providing high-quality coaching services, we cannot guarantee specific results. Results depend on various factors, including your participation, commitment, and implementation of strategies.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Akouo Women's Collective shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or personal information stored therein
Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from our services
